How It Works
There are two broad ways to address lines on a face. One is to stop the muscle underneath from moving. The other is to rebuild the skin sitting on top of it. Our wrinkle reduction takes the second route: controlled energy prompts fibroblasts to lay down fresh collagen and elastin, thickening and re-plumping skin that has thinned with age.
The practical difference is what it does to your face. Because nothing is paralysed, your expressions stay entirely your own — you still frown, squint and smile normally. What changes is the quality of the skin creasing when you do. Static lines, the ones visible when your face is at rest, respond particularly well because they’re largely a collagen problem.
It is not, however, an instant fix, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Collagen takes weeks to form. Most clients see meaningful change at 4–6 weeks and complete a course of six sessions. The upside of that slower curve is that the change looks like you having a good year, not like you having had something done.

Nancy looks at which lines bother you and assesses whether they’re primarily collagen-related or movement-related — that distinction determines whether this treatment will actually help you.
Fine lines around the eyes behave differently from folds around the mouth. Nancy sets different parameters for each zone rather than treating the whole face identically.
Your skin is cleansed and the treatment applied zone by zone. You’ll feel warmth and a light snapping sensation. A full face takes around 45 minutes; a single zone is considerably quicker.
Mild pinkness for an hour or two is typical. There’s no peeling and no visible marking, so no one needs to know where you’ve been.
New collagen forms gradually. Lines soften progressively across the course, and improvement continues for several weeks after your final session.
