What happens after you book

  1. You get a confirmation

    A confirmation email arrives straight away with your date, time and our address. Add it to your calendar and you’re set.

  2. You get your prep instructions

    That same email links to the prep page for your treatment — things like shaving beforehand, or pausing retinoids and sun exposure. Worth reading the day you book, not the night before.

  3. Arrive 10 minutes early

    That gives you time for a short intake form and an unhurried conversation with Nancy before anything begins.

That’s completely normal, and it’s exactly what the free consultation is for. Book 30 minutes with Nancy and she’ll look at your skin, listen to what’s actually bothering you, and tell you honestly which treatment fits — including when the answer is none of them yet.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Inside 24 hours, a fee may apply. If something urgent comes up, call us — we’re reasonable people.
