Acceptance of Terms

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Majestic Laser's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Majestic Laser provides professional laser and plasma skin treatment services. All treatments are performed by a licensed, certified professional.

Service Availability

• Services are available by appointment only
• Consultations are required before most treatments
• We reserve the right to decline service if we determine it is not appropriate for your skin type or health status
• Hours and service availability are subject to change at our discretion

Medical Conditions & Contraindications

We require clients to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and previous treatments. Certain conditions may contraindicate laser or plasma treatments. Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information during consultations.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods
• Payment information is processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party processors
• Receipts will be provided for all transactions

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours advance notice
• No-Show Fee: Clients who do not cancel or show up within the notice period will be charged a no-show fee equal to 50% of the service cost
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur a $25 rescheduling fee
• Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. Please call us as soon as possible

Refunds

Refunds for completed services are generally not provided unless a service was not performed as promised or a serious adverse event occurred. Package prepayments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another client with written consent.

Client Responsibilities

Pre-Treatment Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

• Avoiding sun exposure for 2 weeks before treatment
• Not applying certain products for 24-48 hours before treatment
• Following all pre-treatment instructions provided
• Disclosing all medications and supplements
• Informing us of any new medications or health changes

Post-Treatment Care

Clients are responsible for:

• Following all post-treatment care instructions
• Using recommended sun protection products
• Reporting any unusual reactions or complications immediately
• Scheduling follow-up appointments as recommended
• Avoiding sun exposure and strenuous activity as instructed

Informed Consent

By booking a service, clients acknowledge that they understand the treatment process, possible risks, expected outcomes, and contraindications. All clients must complete a consultation and informed consent form before treatment.

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Majestic Laser's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Majestic Laser makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Results Disclaimer

Treatment results vary significantly based on individual factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, genetics, and overall health. We cannot guarantee specific results. Before and after photos are provided for educational purposes only and may not represent results you will experience.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Majestic Laser or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Majestic Laser's website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Majestic Laser and its owners from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Service or infringement of any intellectual property right.
