How It Works
Fibroblast plasma is the most intensive treatment on our plasma menu. A fine plasma arc creates a grid of tiny, precisely controlled points on the skin’s surface. Each point causes the surrounding tissue to contract immediately — you can often see the skin draw tighter during the session itself — while the healing response that follows drives months of new collagen production.
Its real advantage is precision. Because the plasma arc is so fine and so controllable, it can treat areas that most devices cannot safely approach: the upper eyelid, the fine crepey skin beneath the eye, the vertical lines above the lip. For hooded upper lids in particular, it is one of very few non-surgical options that does anything meaningful.
That power comes with a genuine trade-off, and you should know it before booking. The treated points form tiny dark crusts that remain visible for roughly five to seven days before flaking away. This is the one treatment on our menu that requires planning around your calendar. Most clients need only 1–3 sessions, spaced eight to twelve weeks apart.

Nancy assesses your skin type and the area you want treated. Fibroblast plasma carries a higher risk of pigmentation change in deeper skin tones, so this assessment genuinely determines whether we proceed.
A topical numbing preparation is applied and left for 30–45 minutes before treatment begins. This step is not rushed.
Nancy works methodically across the area creating the plasma point grid. You’ll feel heat and a fine pinprick sensation. Most areas take 30–45 minutes once numbing is complete.
Swelling peaks in the first 48 hours, particularly around the eyes, then settles. Small dark crusts form at each point and must be left completely alone to lift on their own.
Once the crusts have shed, skin looks pink for a week or two. Tightening continues developing to around 4–6 weeks, with collagen remodelling for up to three months.

Fibroblast plasma has a reputation problem, and it’s a deserved one — in untrained hands it causes scarring and pigment damage. The technique, the spacing of the points, the depth and the assessment of who is a safe candidate all matter enormously. It is not a treatment to shop on price.
Nancy trained specifically as an advanced plasma treatment specialist and performs every session herself. She is also willing to decline. If your skin tone carries a meaningful risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation, or if you can’t commit to the aftercare, she will recommend plasma channeling or skin tightening instead.
